Overview
CirtexHosting has been around for a couple years and specializes in low budget web hosting solutions.

Quality (Speed, Uptime, Support, Price)

Speed
It could be faster. At times the server would lag but overall it would send out and receive data a pretty reasonable rate. Sometimes I would have issues with the speed of Cpanel, but it wasn't so slow that I couldn't get what needed to be done finished.

Uptime
The server uptime was good. I never noticed my website down except for one time where there was a billing issue (which I'll get to later). They seem to be pretty responsible when it comes to fessing up to down time and compensating customers with a month of free hosting.

Support
Their support is rather bad. A lot of their website is automated and everything, so for example your account is activated instantly, which in my opinion is a nice feature. However, the lack of an active support team is kind of annoying. Once, it took 6 hours for them to suspend my account when my payment failed, due to the fact that one of my credit cards had expired. They sent an email (automated I suspect) explaining that if I responded back my account would be unsuspended “immediately.” Well it took them 24 hours to respond, and I don't think they ever got to re-activating my account, which really wouldn't have mattered at that point because I already jumped ship. That really pushed my buttons since it only took them six hours to shut down my site with no warning. Also, I might add that, I was asleep during that period of time. Needless to say I am no longer hosted with them.

After reading a couple of their more recent reviews, it seems that their support team is slacking, but oh well you get what you pay for.

Price
Overall all their hosting plans are insanely cheap, with their cheapest starting at $2.49 a month for 3.5 gb of bandwidth. Altogether their plans are reasonably priced and it doesn't seem like they're overselling by much, if at all. plans start at 2.49 per month

Conclusion
Well if you can live without reliable support, CirtexHosting would suit your needs. Their plans are cheap and their hosting isn't bad, especially when you take price into account.

I grade CirtexHosting a B- (8/10) mainly for poor customer service, otherwise they seem alright in my book.
